to solace the dryness at our hearts.
I have seen
the fountain springing out of the rock wall
and you drinking there. And I too
before your eyes
found footholds and climbed
to drink the cool water.
The woman of that place, shading her eyes,
frowned as she watched-but not because
she grudged the water,
only because she was waiting
to see we drank our fill and were

The fountain is there among its scalloped
grey and green stones,
it is still there and always there
with it’s quiet song and strange power
to spring in us,
up and out through the rock.

The word ‘Being’ like the word ‘Presence’ cannot be described in words because words are always dualistic.
Being and Presence are felt.
They are connected to the experience of feeling fine. Feeling fine is related to the fineness of the breath when the mind is still.
The breath is the key to stilling the over-thinking personal mind that leads to KNOWING and wellness.
With overthinking you to a degree disassociate from the body. Many medicate it thus often supressing the energetic information it is feeding you.
