What is the essence of Yoga? Is it a brand of clothing? Is it a perfume? Is there anyone teaching the Essence of Yoga as it was discovered thousands of years ago. Why teach yoga or why not teach yoga? That is the question. The title of this blog at first glance may appear contradictory. In fact it is really a paradox.
